Conference and meeting spaces

We have 4 private and self-contained conference rooms that have comfortable capacity varying from 15 to 140 people. Each has 2 bathrooms and a snack service area where coffee and hot water for tea are always available and where mid-morning and afternoon snacks are delivered. Breaks include pastries, sweet breads and nuts, homemade cookies or fresh fruit. We provide a variety of configurations for either formal or casual set-ups.  There are also numerous casual indoor and outdoor break out spaces that you can reserve, at no extra charge. Prior to your arrival, we will discuss your set-up needs, so that the conference room is ready for your use the moment you arrive.

Audio Visual

Each conference room has its own audio-visual equipment, telephone, and inspiring views of ponderosa pine and aspen groves. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the campus and you can rent the following audio-visual equipment: computer and video projection units, flip chart pads and stands, VCR/DVD players, and CD players. Projection screens and white boards are available at no charge in each conference room.

The Lodge

Our Lodge is the center of activity at The Nature Place. Relax in front of a roaring fire in the lounge, enjoy meals in the dining room, and view the spectacular expanse of Pikes Peak off of the deck. The lower level has a guest computer with Internet access, printer, natural science displays, and a library. There is also a baby grand piano, breakout areas, a fireplace, a flat screen television, and a recreational area that includes a music system, ping-pong, pool, and foosball tables. The main office of The Nature Place is also located in the Lodge featuring copy, printer and fax machines, guest services and sundry items for sale.
